Invented by the Quakers in the 1660s, the process involves five to seven colleagues of your choosing. During the three-hour session, the Committee is not allowed to give advice, but only to ask you questions. 
The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator can help you identify your own strengths and become more accepting of differences in others. By providing a common language for communicating about personality preferences, this program can help in conflict resolution, career planning, personal development and relationship-building. We offer this service to individuals, as well as to families and marriage partners. The Call is a small group process that invites you to ask significant questions about your life and purpose. During the bi-weekly sessions, you will explore your life story to discover clues about what your mission in life is all about. The Call concludes with a group project that celebrates and utilizes the newly-discovered gifts of each participant.  Community, Inc. conducts rituals to mark milestones of growth and change.
