-Is a business and career coach specializing in career transitions, sales coaching and behavioral assessments. Beth is a partner in ForwardFocus Coaching.

- Is a sales and training professional with over 14 years of experience in the newspaper and new media industries. She was the top new business sales producer for Newspapers First in 1995 and 1996.

- Has a BA in Communications and Marketing from Boston College and has completed graduate courses in Training and Organizational Development at the New School.

- Is a certified practitioner of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, a personality profiling tool. She is also a practitioner of the DISC behaviorial and values assessment. Beth is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management.

- Was a founding leader and 1994-5 president of Outpost in the Burbs, a community outreach program of the First Congregational Church in Montclair, NJ.

- Is a talented singer and actress. Beth has performed lead roles in several community theatre productions and sings soprano in Catalyst, a women's trio.
